Comment by DINA MULLER Dear Sirs: I just wanted to write to compliment you on a fantastic achievement in rebuilding Kwa Maritane from the ashes of the devastating fire, after having just spent two glorious weeks with you again after a break of three years due to unforeseen circumstances and the fire! The repairs have enhanced the facilities enormously, and the refurbishments (prior to and after the fire) are excellent! Well worth the extra levies! Your staff are wonderful too - extremely courteous, friendly and professional. It is especially nice to be welcomed back each time by long-familiar faces! I did fill out the standard questionnaire form, but I like to convey sentiments like these as I know that compliments are not as forthcoming as complaints are, and can therefore be a source of encouragement! I look forward to our return again next year.
